Examine verse 2:188. what does it suggest about Islam view if private property

Verse 2:188 does not suggest that private property is bad but that the means to acquire it must be fair and without cunning, i. e. that the goal of acquiring said property or properties do not condone any means for it, paricularly when one is aware that said property belongs to other.
