Who is a Blitzkrieg and Who used this strategy?

Blitzkreig is a war tactic that the Germans used. It means lightning war. Basically, the Germans would storm into an enemy territory full force and try to win the battle as quickly as possible using full force. This war tactic was very effective. I don't know who used this tactic.
