There are 7,107 islands or 7,641 islands
since there are no option then I suggest you choose which ever appears but I'm 100% sure of the answer

The Philippines consists of 7,107 islands but 400 + more islands have been discovered, leading to a grand total of 7,500 islands of which only about 2,000 are inhabited.
