WWI shaped post culture in a sense that keeping combats for protection had become common. Death became a common norm, since the world was used to millions of people dying. The systems of the world has weakened immensely and even the victorious nations had suffered great deal.
Explanation:
Great war also known as World War I brought many grievances with it. No one was entirely happy with the end result. People had lost everything and starting from the scratch seemed quite difficult.
People were generally optimistic about the future because this great war was supposedly to end all wars.
