What is the last step in the law making process?

    Answer: B) The president has to sign it.

    Reason: There are eight steps of forming a bill into law which starts from drafting of the bill and ends when the president signs on it. After this part, there are two more steps where the senate can reject the bill or, if the president vetos it, congress can override that veto and do a 2/3rd vote so that the bill is approved.
