The Declaration of Sentiments, also known as the Declaration of Rights and Sentiments, is a document signed in 1848 by 68 women and 32 men-100 out of some 300 attendees at the first women's rights convention to be organized by women. There goal was to have the same voting power, and employment pay as men do. They started 1st wave feminism, the first wave out of the two future waves. Most men or people in general wouldn't know these facts of the top of there heads. Most men would probably say that this movement would be the foundation of women's rights. Women can join the military, vote, and go to college. In fact females or people who identify as females make up 56% of college students in the United States. These undeniable facts couldn't have been possible. So if you state these to men or for a matter of fact anybody, they would most likely to agree.
