    Henry Olcott saw the need to unite the Buddhism religion teachings

    Explanations

    While living with Blavatsky, Olcott was eager to learn more about Buddhism. He concentrated more on pure and original teachings. Scholars today explain Olcott ideas about pure and original Buddhism as a reflection of universal brotherhood. These two individual were later known as the white Buddhist in Sri Lanka.

    Mr. Henry Olcott was born on 2 August 1832 at Orange New Jersey.

    He founded the Theosophical Society. Olcott came from an old puritan english family that had been settled for many generations in the United States.

    He thought that was important unit his religion with christianity, buddhism, islam and hinduism.
