    The Roman Tripartite Government (A)

    Explanation:

Rome figured out that their king, Lucius Tarquinius Superbus, was different from the others. He stole from his people and ignored their needs. So they overthrew him. After that they decided to form a republic. They made it tripartite, meaning it had three parts, so that the power was limited to each part of the government so no one had absolute power. There was the Consuls, the Senate, and the Assembly.
