    Answer:It basically gives stability and tranquility to all the states, if the federal government is too much, stronger states can prey on weaker states looking for their wealth

    It basically gives stability and tranquility to all the states, if the federal government is too much, stronger states can prey on weaker states looking for their wealth. The Federal System stablishes general rule sto be shared with all the states and the states have their degree of freedom to enfore some laws according to their own context.
