    Hamilton believe that there should be a strong federal government Jefferson believed that the state should be stronger. Hamilton believe that blacks and whites were equal and ability and that the appearance difference were due to different circumstances like the black being slave being forbidden to read being fed etc Jefferson believed blacks were inferior and both mind and body
