How did Italy threaten world peace in the 1930's

By becoming a dictatorship and the nazis followed their example

In 1935, 4 years before the breakout of World War 2; Italy invaded a primitive country, with a poorly equipped military and no air force. This country was Abyssinia, or modern day Ethiopia. The world was outraged by the acts of Italy, but Italy, not affected by these screams of disapproval, was not stopped and continued to invade.
