On both the U. S. Constitution, and the Texas Constitution they have the same general principles. Even though there are more words on the US Constitution the amendment process Relatively easy, and was dated later in 1876 then the TX constitution in 1789. Also the bill of rights / amendment for the TX constitution was adopted in 1791 but the US constitution was adopted in 1876.
