God's justice is different from man's justice, because if a good man does something good, he is not exempt from suffering, but in mankind, people are praised for their good work. God's justice system is much more complex than we can comprehend, and he wants us to trust his judgement and stay true to him even through suffering. Mankind is simple, do good things = get rewarded, do bad things = get punished.
