What rights do the people living in American territories outside of America have?

    According to the UDHR Article 13. "There is a right of exit from one's own country". But, in reality, nothing is said about entry in another counrty, except in cases of persecution, whether political, ethnic or religious, in that case the right of asylum applies.

    You would have all the rights declared in the UDHR anywhere in the world.

    However, this article does not include or protect the right og any person to freely enter another country that is not their own, that neither the right of entry nor the right to individual or collective immigration is recofnized.
