    A jury that decides whether there is enough evidence to indict and bring to trial a person accussed of a criminal act is a Grand Jury. In effect, the Fifth Amendment to the Constitution states that "No person shall be held to answer for a capital or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury ..."
