The correct answer is answer D, "The information comes from a reliable source, and the date of publication is recent."

No source is truly unbiased, but we can however find credibility in the serious character of an article that comes from an official entity such as a government agency. Now that we have our reliable source, a good way to insure the information will be accurate is to check for the publication date. The more recent it is, the more certainty we have of its current relevancy.
