    The main reason for the Norman invasion of England was to get hold onto the wealth of the country. England had multiple resources, it seemed like an easy target, and it had an excellent location, so the Normans didn't think twice to give their shoot at invading it.

    The invasion was relatively easy as the Anglo-Saxon Kingdoms were all small, not unified, and not powerful enough, while the Normans had a well establish, large, professional, and experienced army. The Normans were brutal in their invasion, pillaging, raping, killing without reason from babies to old people, killing anyone that was not accepting their religion too.
