How would the British Empire negatively effect the environment in the numerous colonies it ruled over?

    There are so many side effects of any colonist empire in the colony. I will enumerate some that occurred in the British colonies:

    - As a result of seeing any culture different from European culture as inferior, the British Empire forced its culture. Banning, ignoring or forgetting any other culture;

    - Economically speaking it was difficult to maintain prosperity because most of the profit went back to England;

    - Another important negative impact was the spread of diseases, killing lots of people who were not used to it.

    - British empire took the land and resources of different native tribes. Contributing to their reducing in population and its near extinction today.
