    David Ramsay was an American historian and was of the opinion that the formation of the US government was different from the general government in factors such as the working style adopted, how policies and treaties were formulated and the difference in the general system as a whole. And example is In the past it was compulsory for the fit men to join the military in the protection of his country but this isn't applicable anymore.
