In what sense would the world never be the same

after World War I? Were the changes largely negative,

    it would be a mixture of them both

    Explanation:

    after world war 1 everything was at a all time high the stocks, car building etc. but over in Germany things were a lot harder that's were i think America messed up then few years later world war 2.
