The population had it's first significant change between the 18th century and the 19th. Based on the data, we can predict that global population will be between 10 and 13 billion at the year 2100.

This was as a result of the new farming methods that was introduced at that time. Food production increased and as a result, people lived healthier and longer. The population had it's first significant change between the 18th century and the 19th. There was a remarkable global population spike around the 20th century, from about 1.5 billion at the start of the century to 6 billion at the end of it.
