Is eat, open the mouth an eat.
Ghrelin, a hormone released by the stomach when it is empty, acts directly on the brain causing the sensation of hunger to be activated. When we eat any food, the stomach in turn releases the hormone PYY which, by acting equally on the brain, releases the feeling of satiety.
