How is working in a factory different than working on a farm?

    Factories tend to have more simple jobs, from just grabbing an item to passing it to another person, all the way to just putting a sticker on a can. Farming tends to have more work, and farms usually don't have as big of a workforce, but still a substantial amount. Working at a farm is harder than working at a factory, unless if you were not one of the minimum wage people working there, and you were a program developer or a manager/superviser.

    working on a farm is hand work but when you work in a factory there is machinery that does the work for you
