The law of twelve tables were created in Rome around 400-450 BCE.
Explanation:
Rome came up with 12 laws which were written on gold tablets. These 12 tables were inscribed. These laws were written so that all citizens could be treated equally and there would be no discrimination would be seen.
Societies create these laws so that people remain obligated to act in a certain way. No one would be harmed and civility would remain.
The Romans continued to make new laws and regulations. Upgraded them with time.
