    The law of Unconformities is C: areas in the rock layer that are missing, because the Unconformities are areas in the rock layer that suddenly are different from the sequence of the older rocks, whereby those changes represent an unknown period of time that is missing, where could happen erosion or nondeposition of sediments, and usually time later the sediments were deposited again.

    And also, the unconformities are clasified in different types such as Angular Unconformities (when the rock layers are angled to the horizontal ones above due to a period of erosion or nondeposition of sedimients), Disconformities (when an erosioned surface is placed between two beds of sediments that are parallel) and finally the Nonconformities (That occur when is separated the metamorphic or igneous rock layers from sedimentary in a very long period of erosion).
