SNCC would never agree to segregation in any form no matter what period of its history you are referring to. John Lewis was the head of SNCC (Students Non Violence Coordinating Commitee) from 1963 to somewhere later to 1969.

What SNCC stood for would give you the answer to your question.

D is the only possible choice you have. All the other choices accept segregation as a fact of life. D does not. It encourages young people to protest, but never to use violence (this stance may have been modified during Lewis' tenure: I'm assuming not.
