The Current Constitution

Political Preferences

a. Control political industry to amend the law: a limited dynamic role for political individuals to improve into more election, no contestants to produce elector turnout, the Federalist Papers, number - 10, 47, and 51.

b. Traditionalist-individualist cultural leadership: Article 17 of the Texas Constitution shows that the amending method is highly specific and difficult, politically moderate associations such as the Tea Party and anti-tax groups, low elector engagement and attendance.
