The two possible scenario can be: your own with other people, or a conflict and confrontation situation between two other parties. in both of the above scenarios, it is best to deal with the situation as calmly as possible so that it doesn't get out of hand. This does not necessarily mean immediate action will result in desired outcome, as sometimes it may need a cooling off period.
