    General Augusto Pinochet was a military dictator that ruled over Chile from 1973 to 1990. he ran a very wicked and intolerant Government that hugely violated human rights in Chile he had no room for opposition., who ever opposed General Pinochet rule was brutally dealt with.

    During his rule from 1973 to 1990 terrorists murdered thousands of Chileans and the General allowed such without intervention to save the Citizens, this made the Chile at that time to be seen as state-sponsored terrorism Government. General Pinochet came to power through a coup that overthrew a democratically elected president on 11 September 1973.
