    The Separation of Powers is when power / responsibilities are divided among the three branches of the Government, which includes: The Legislative Branch, Judicial Branch, and the Executive Branch. It is important because it allows for the power to be divided equally between all three branches so that one branch doesn't gain all the power.

    Explanation: separation of power history has time and again shown unlimited power in the hands of one person. Or group in most cases means that others are suppressed of their powers curtailed the separation of papers in democracy is to prevent abuse of power and to safe graud freedom from all.
