Communism:

Fascism:

Communism is a political ideology derived from Karl Marx. It urges the support of the working class, and states that everyone should be equal in society - the means of production are owned by all citizens for the common good. Of course, this is an idealized version of modern communism. In communist countries, people are ruled by a wealthy elite instead of the whole population. These nations have command economies. This means that governments set quotas, prices, and the means of production.

Fascism is classified as any totalitarian and authoritarian government that does not follow any set political doctrines. In fact, fascist dictators have stated that communists are their sworn enemies. Their economies operate on a case by case basis. Sometimes it is a mix between a command and market economy. (Where the government controls some aspects but allows private business, etc.)
