There are two ways to amend the U. S. Constitution. The first begins in Congress and requires

A

a three fourths vote of either the House or Senate.

B. a four-fiths vote of both the House and the Senate.

C a two-thirds vote of both the House and Senate.

D. a simple majonty vote of both the House and Senate.
