Answer: A, B, C, D is correct. All are correct.

Explanation: USSR needed to export its bolshevik revolution. In eastern European countries there were local Communist parties that were already before WW II under the control of Moscow. After victorious war USSR got extremely popular, viewed as a saviour and together with them also local Communist parties. Even Italy had post-war Communist party strong and powerful. After the WW II all these Communist parties were represented in governments and later undertook coups.
