Why didn't the US respond with airstrikes or an invasion of Cuba? If you had been a member of ExComm, what advice would you have given to the President? Why?

    Explanation:

    The United States did not strike with force against the CUban Missile crisis because they were afraid of the M. A. D theory which stated that in a war both sides will use atomic weapons and will ensure complete destruction of both sides.
