    =17,000 drops

    Explanation;

    1.00 mL is to 25 drops as x is to 1 drop

    x = 0.04 mL

    1 Liter = 1000 mL

    Therefore;

    0.68 L = 680 mL

    680 mL divided by 0.04 mL/drop

    = 17000 drops
