Some individual states have abolished slavery in their constitutions. Confederation delegates Bevin Weinberg and Dani kwatcher propose an amendment to abolish slavery in the entire county can the articles of confederation solve this problem

    Most likely not. The articles of confederation had to have 9/13ths majority for any constitutional amendments and the southern states would never agree to abolishment
