during the industrial revolution era, why did so many farmers leave their farms in search of jobs in the cities?

    The farmers left their jobs because they were seeing that it was to stressful for just a small amount of pay so they went and got another job that will pay more during the industrial revolution era

    maybe because they could get more better and stress-free jobs
