How did Jesus use the fig tree during the Olivet discourse to assure His disciples that the kingdom would be fulfilled?

The blooms of the fig tree foresee the coming of summer, and the buds of the tree promise that fruit will come. The fulfillment of the Kingdom of God could be expected just as we expect the coming of summer when we see the trees in bloom in the spring
