How did Han government differ from the win government

    The Han dynasty only had a total of 12 provinces, a difference of 24 compared the the Qin ... The Qin dynasty and early Han dynasty both stopped all non-Legalist philosophies, like Confucianism. They both used Legalism, which is when the emperor has total control. It doesn't concern itself with the afterlife or religion. Jul 19, 2014
