Eq-27 inboard gasoline boats built after july 31st, 1980 must have what type of ventilation system?

Boats with inboard gasoline engine such as the EQ27 is mandated by Law to have mechanical ventilator system. To effectively ventilate a closed compartment, a mechanical ventilation system is important because it automatically provides fresh air and lets out noxious gases and other pollutants. Build up of these pollutants should be avoided because of the closed nature of the environment.
