    Around the bronze age in what today is Syria and Iraq, northern Mesopotamia was packed with mineral resources wanted by the Akkadian Empire wich had a surplus of agriculture but a lack of metals, this motivated them to take control over the lands of the earliest kingdoms of Syria, The Eblaite kingdom, because of the city of Ebla.
