    After the bombing of Pearl Harbor, " U. S. President Franklin D. Roosevelt signed Executive Order 9066 ordering all Japanese-Americans to evacuate the West Coast. " More then 120,000 Japanese people were forced to evacuate.

    They were separated into Isolation Camps, so no one could preform an attack similar to Pearl Harbor from the Inside.
