Who do you think decides if a nation is well governed or poorly governed? Who should decide this?

Answer: The people decide, because in my opinion without the people there would be no government unless it was a monarchy, dictatorship, etc. In a democracy the people practically decide for the government. The people will decide whether its governed poorly or not. This is just an opinion. I may be wrong
