The united states constitution has seen nine justices on the supreme court, while the Philippine constitution is composed of 1 chief justice and 14 associate justices. In the case of U. S it has not always been the nine justices, the constitution created the supreme court but later on left it for the congress to set the number of justices for the supreme court setting the number at six.
