The area of one square face of a cube is equal to 64 cm2. Find the volume of the cube.

    The volume (how much a three dimensional object takes up) of the cube is equal to 262,144 cms. because the mathematical formula for the volume of the cube equals: side x side x side. All the sides of a square are the same, therefore, the solution is simply to multiply 64 x 64 x 64.
