However they just got 230 seats out of 608 and they were unable to build an alliance with another party to form a government. Because of this, new Federal Elections were held on November 6, 1932, with a significant drop in popular votes and seats for the Nazi Party, with 33.09%, (11,737,395 popular votes), and 34 seats less, with 196.
