Why was communism appealing to Europeans in the 1930's

Communism was a new social system that allowed for everyone to have a chance. The workers in society, especially those in Russia, had been ignored, despite being the countries foundation and essential people. They started a revolution so they could be equal to those on top. In these times the working class were starving whilst higher classes had a satisfying life. The same was happening in many countries and they followed in Russia's footsteps (despite the original idea of Communism originating in Germany). Soon much of Asia was Communist, but a lot of the time ruthless dictators who ruled the country bent the rules and changed the original idea of Communism to fit their lifestyle.
