    George H. W. Bush, a more conciliatory President.

    In a clear difference of the unilateral decision of his son, George W, Bush, regarding the invasion of Iraq, George H. W. Bush had a more conciliatory approach in his relationship to Middle East foreign affairs. President Bush "Father" tried to create a coalition with other superpowers to deal with the issue of the Persian Gulf. On the other hand, his son acted abruptly, not respecting the Security Council of the United Nations, and Bush ordered the invasion of Iraq to catch Sadam Hussein and finding weapons of mass destruction that did not exist in Iraq.
