How did the pilgrims differ from the puritans?

a. the pilgrims were from france, where as the puritans were from england.

    C. the pilgrims wanted to completely separate themselves from England and the church, where as the puritans wanted to spread their culture and religion. The Puritans wanted to be free from the church, and spread their religion, whereas the pilgrims just wanted free worship, and do what they want.
