When it comes to coalition troops, there were 700,000 US troops, and about 150 died in direct hostile combat, so that's way less than even 1% since 1% would be 7000. When it comes to Kuwait soldiers, it's just under 1% since there was around a million troops and around 5000 died. It was a clear victory for Coalition troops.
